Anti-Racism in an Online Mindful Learning Community
White Awareness: Relational Mindfulness and Race Equity is a program integrating the spiritual practice of mindfulness and anti-racism education. With a dedicated community, we explore what it means to be white, while paying attention without judgment.
Through present moment awareness we come to understand the impact of racism and cultural conditioning. We cultivate qualities of respect and kindness towards all beings in order to live connected, compassionate, and wakeful lives.
Program Pre-Requisites: Program intended for white-identified individuals, and by application only. Suggested regular mindfulness practice.
