Insight Dialogue program held in Evanston, IL: Group is facilitator led, meets 2nd Wednesday, September through May: 2nd Wednesday every month, September 2018 – May 2019: 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., Evanston, IL. Dates: 9/12, 10/10, 11/14, 12/12, 1/9, 2/13, 3/13, 4/10, 5/8.  Doors open at 6:00 p.m.. Silent sit: 6:30-7:00 p.m.; ID practice: 7-8:30 p.m. 

Prerequisites: Reading Gregory Kramer’s: “Insight Dialogue: The Interpersonal Path to Freedom,” along with a regular mindfulness practice, and any of the following:  Attend a teacher led ID retreat; or complete a six week ID Introduction(www.Metta.org); or complete an eight week Interpersonal Mindfulness Program; or complete an eight week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
