The Pause of Mindfulness can refresh, renew, connect, and enliven our lives. Come join us for an Evening of Mindfulness Practice: a great “Thanksgiving appetizer”!

During these Lenten days of reflection, how might the Spiritual Practice of Mindfulness awaken in us a sense of what is possible in any give moment?

With present moment awareness, there is a natural development of concentration, strength, and resilience as we become aware of the resources already within.

Come join us for an evening of discovering what is possible with Mindfulness Practice, as we reflect on the Mystery, and experinece the strength of: “Living Peace…”
